Renovator Pro is a State Licensed and Insured Residential Contractor working in conjunction with RenPro Management. They provide expert On Call service for your property 24 hours a day. From foundation to roof your property will be repaired by only Master Electricians, Master Plumbers and Master Carpenters.

Renovator Pro technicians respond to your tenant calls in 90 minutes or less. They also handle the Bi-annual property inspections included in your contract and damage assessments upon lease termination.

Repair visits are scheduled around the convenience of your tenant and Renovator Pro Technicians will be in uniform, polite and efficient. Maintenance Reports are emailed to you within 72 hours of any visit to your property for any reason.
