PACKAGE 1: Company will pay Agent the following fee for Lease Preparation Services: $250 per each RenPro Management lease agreement excuted by the Agent. After every 5th executed Management Agreement, the Company will pay additional $500. When 5 Management Lease Agreements have been executed within a three month period, the Company will pay another $500 to the Agent.

PACKAGE 2: Company will pay Agent 50% of the management fee for the first year of the executed lease for: Lease Preparation Services and four follow up phone calls to tenant and property owner every 3 months for the first year only. During that year agent will report any discovered issues to RenPro Management.  Distribution of fees by the Company to the Agent shall be made on the 10th of the month provided all applicable rents have been received according to the lease terms.


** Compensation packages are not applicable for existing properties under contract with RenPro Management including renewals and new leases. Properties brought to Renpro Management by Agent will stay in the Agents name for future leases or property sale. Therefore, Agent will still receive customary listing fees when leasing a new or existing RenPro Management property.
